EOA AND SITE ACCESS INFORMATION

The Main Arena is rectangular in shape, the site is 500m at its longest point with the main arena & stage at bottom end and the EOA camping in the centre.
There are several small camping areas located within and surrounding the same woods. The main camp site area is located a short walk from the Main Arena down a gradual slope. This can also be accessed from the road for those who prefer walking on a flatter surface.

G’s Bar Stage – 250m
The fields are generally used for the grazing of farm animals so as such the ground can be quite uneven in parts so it is advised to wear suitable footwear.
Site opening times
V.I.P. Hospitality weekend entry ticket holders:
Friday 6 July 09.00* – 21.00
Friday 6 July 10.00 – 21.00
Saturday 7 July 10.00 – 21.00
Sunday 8 July 10.00 – 19.00
All guests must be off site by 12.00pm on Monday 09th July and PLEASE remember to take with you all that you brought and help us be known for one of the cleanest festivals in the UK.
There is strictly no admission or re-admission after 21.00pm on any day except in emergencies and prior consent from the Festival Security Team.
The Wristband Exchange will close 30 minutes after the site closes on each day except in emergencies.
*There will be a 'fast track' queue for those with these tickets purchased.
Wristband/Ticket Exchange and Collection
The main wristband exchange point is at the Pedestrian Exit of the car park located in the north west corner. There is then a pleasant walk of approximately 250 meters down a nice 'tree lined avenue' to the entrance to the Amplified Festival Site.
Weekend and Day Parking
Both are located in the same area and are clearly marked though stewards will be on hand to direct you to the relevant location. We advise you not to leave valuables in your vehicle especially if staying for the weekend.

Please be advised and aware that strobes may be in use at Amplified 2018 so please take any relevant action as required.
Assistance dogs are welcome at Amplified, but please let us know if you intend to bring a man's best friend via email at email@example.com
Ease Of Access Requirements
For those attending that require the help of a personal assistant whilst here at Amplified we offer a 2:1 ticket.
It's available to any deaf or disabled person who would be unable to attend without their presence and who has bought their own ticket.
A standard ticket will need to be purchased and an email sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you require a carer on site. You will then receive an email confirmation (your 2:1 ticket) that you MUST bring with you as this will need to be shown upon entry to the site along with any other supporting documentation.
FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN ENTRY BEING REFUSED.
You will then be directed to the EOA Parking Area that is located within a very short distance of the EOA Camping.
EOA Access Parking
This is located in the centre of the festival site and is only accessible from the direction of Northleach via Eastington.
There is no other access so please follow the signs as instructed.
Ease Of Access Camp Site
The EOA camping is located in a central location of the site with separate access (please see our visitor’s map) and parking and in close proximity not only to EOA toilet facilities, but also the Main Stage Arena and all other stages and facilities including shops, food and cashpoints.
If staying here with your carer you are allowed a maximum of 2 other friends to join you.

A maximum of one tent per person is allowed depending on size as space is limited.
Should you require the charging of power chair batteries PLEASE email Amplified direct at firstname.lastname@example.org and the relevant requirements will be provided where possible.
First Aid & Medicine Storage
Should anyone attending Amplified 2018 require to store their medicines during the weekend a refrigerator is located in the First Aid Marquee stationed in the Main Arena.
If this service is required you will need to clearly label the products with your Name, Address and Telephone Number before leaving your items.
Whilst we offer the storage of your medication please be aware that this is done so at the owner's risk and must be collected prior to the site closing to the public midday on Monday 09th July.
